Looking after you
We only use professional face and body paints which all conform to EU safety standards. Although our products are thoroughly tested, as with all cosmetics it is impossible to guarantee no adverse reaction. If you are concerned or are someone who is sometimes sensitive to cosmetics on the skin, please ask for a patch test. All paints are easily removed with mild soap and water. All our artists have their own public liability insurance and are DBS checked.
Looking after the Planet
All our glitters are made from the Eucalyptus plant and are marine biodegradable. They are completely natural and also free from any animal products, so suitable for vegans.
PRIVACY POLICY
The only personal data we hold is obtained on a contract basis when an individual or business enquires about a job via email, text or phone. We take the security of your data seriously and never share your details with third parties. However, if we are unable to book a job, we often try and assist the client by helping to source another painter. We always ask for permission before we do this, and if successful, we put the two parties in touch, at which point we are no longer part of the booking process.
We don’t keep a mailing list and and will never directly market to you via email, post, text or phone.
All communications regarding an event or party can be deleted after the job is complete on request by emailing hello@londonglitterbar.co.uk
If an enquiry results in an eventual transaction, we hold the client’s details on invoices for as long as is currently required by UK law.
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data that are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. We use them to collect information on how visitors are using our website and which web pages are visited most often. This helps us to better understand how we might make improvements to our website. We do not store information in these cookies which can be used to personally identify our visitors.
Use of imagery
We take photos at events and parties for promotional use on social media, on our website and on printed flyers. All images taken before May 2018 were approved for use by the individual or subject’s parent with verbal consent. Names of the individuals in the photos are not recorded or stored anywhere. If you change your mind and wish us to remove an image, please get in touch. To ensure we are abiding by the new regulations, we now collect written consent for all photos used.
